Since we started the company in 1984, there have been a lot of changes in the extended warranty industry. Some of these changes have been good; others have been far less desirable.

One thing has stayed the same, though. EasyCare has maintained the industry’s highest standards and reputation for our steadfast commitment to enhancing your vehicle ownership experience.

We believe owning a vehicle should be enjoyable every day, no matter how long you own the car. That's why we have created a host of automotive benefits, like EasyCare® Dent Repair, EasyCare® KeyCare and others, in addition to our extended warranties, that are designed to remove the hassle from vehicle ownership.

We also believe that doing business with EasyCare should be fair, friendly, fast and fun. We call this the "EasyCare Experience," and we are committed to delivering it every day, in every interaction.  So, we hire only those employees who are committed to the overall customer experience and will go that extra mile to make sure your claim or question is handled quickly and properly.  We believe that strategy has paid off, based on our ever-increasing list of testimonials, and the fact that our staff loves their work. In fact, the average tenure of an EasyCare employee is over 10 years.

Finally, I would be remiss not to acknowledge the fraudulent practices that have occurred by some unscrupulous warranty administrators. It upsets us greatly, and we are determined to help stop it. Since August, we have been working with the office of Sen. Charles Schumer (D-NY) to eliminate many misleading warranty practices as well as visiting and talking to BBB organizations to pledged our support to monitor the marketplace for violations of ethical business practices, and report them to Sen. Schumer's office and other authorities for further action. It seems as though, as a group, we are having some success as recent news strongly indicates that the worst offenders are having serious challenges and continue to get negative press.
