This information is intended to provide only an outline of the benefits, exclusions, and limitations of the EasyCare Dent Repair service agreement. For exact benefits, exclusions, and limitations please review the EasyCare Dent Repair service agreement.
Eligible Vehicles
EasyCare Dent Repair is available when purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
Repairable Damage
All dings and dents on vertical panels that can be completely repaired utilizing the EDR process. Light abrasions to paint can generally be buffed out. The size and location of the dents are very important factors in determining if EDR is a viable repair option.
Examples of Non-Covered Damage
The EasyCare Dent Repair service agreement does not cover any type of collision damage, sharp creases, large dents (larger than 4 inches in diameter), hail damage (except in Florida), or surfaces where the paint has been damaged. Large dents generally require conventional body shop repair methods.
This service agreement also does not cover environmental damage, pre-existing damage (unless you purchase Service Drive coverage), exterior damage to non-metal panels, dings and dents requiring treatment such as fillers or sanding, and aftermarket installations.
