Step 1:
Call our EDR claims center at (888) 343-7196 in the US to report your claim. A representative will take your claim information and coordinate service with one of our Dent Zone certified service technicians.

Step 2:
Bring your vehicle to YOUR SELLING DEALERSHIP. If you are more than 50 miles from YOUR SELLING DEALERSHIP, our claims representative will arrange to have your vehicle repaired at a convenient location.

Step 3:
A Dent Zone certified technician will repair your vehicle while you wait. Most repairs can be completed in about the time required for an oil change. We recommend you first call EasyCare Dent Repair to schedule a repair that can be completed along with scheduled maintenance or other services at YOUR SELLING DEALERSHIP.

Step 4:
Once repairs are completed, inspect your vehicle to ensure the repairs were performed to your 100% satisfaction.
