• EMERGENCY KEYCARE ASSISTANCE
Emergency EasyCare KeyCare Assistance is available throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• 24 HOUR LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE
If you have misplaced your keys (a ring with the EasyCare KeyCare Tab on it), the keys or transponder are damaged and will not work, or locked your keys in your vehicle, assistance will be provided to unlock your vehicle or residence and/or to replace the key(s) and/or transponder and programming (if applicable) as needed. Simply call the 24 Hour EasyCare KeyCare Assistance toll-free number for locksmith assistance or key/transponder replacement assistance.

• ADDITIONAL KEY REPLACEMENT COVERAGE
Eligible key(s) is defined as those specific key(s) owned by the registered member. Covered keys include those that are on the member’s key ring that has the registered EasyCare KeyCare Tab on it, including: cars, trucks, boats, trailers, RV, and personal items such as jewelry, lock boxes, safes, etc.

• HOME LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE
If you are locked out of your home, EasyCare KeyCare will provide services to unlock the door to your home and make a new key for you.

• EMERGENCY MESSAGE RELAY
We will provide assistance in relaying an emergency message to up to three (3) family members, friends, business associates, (etc.) for any covered member who is involved in a vehicular emergency and needs an emergency message sent to notify another party of their delay or emergency situation.

• CAR RENTAL SAVINGS
EasyCare KeyCare members receive discounts on car rentals through national car rental agencies.

• TAXI, LOANER, TO WING, DRIVER’S VALET ASSISTANCE
When your vehicle’s keys are lost, damaged, inoperable, locked in the vehicle, or stolen, 24 hour assistance will be provided to assist you in obtaining a taxi or a rental vehicle in the event that replacement keys cannot be made at the disablement location.

Taxi Assistance - When requested, a taxi will be dispatched to your location and you will be reimbursed for up to fifty ($50.00) dollars towards the cost of the taxi service. Only one reimbursement allowed per occurrence. Loaner/Rental Vehicle Assistance - When requested, assistance will be provided to obtain a loaner vehicle for you from a qualified, national, and licensed rental agency at discounted member rates. You will be reimbursed up to fifty ($50.00) dollars towards the cost of the rental for up to two (2) days. Only one reimbursement allowed per occurrence.

Towing Coverage - In the event your vehicle needs to be towed due to loss/damage of key/transponder and the key needs to be "programmed" at the dealership, simply call the 24 Hour EasyCare KeyCare Assistance phone number to arrange for a tow to your issuing dealership, or if traveling, the nearest franchise dealer. Driver’s Valet - If your vehicle is disabled due to your keys being lost, damaged, or inoperable, we will connect you directly to our preferred rental car service partner for assistance in obtaining delivery of a replacement rental vehicle at your destination location or facilitating the rental to help keep you on the road and able to get to where you need to go. The same rental benefit of fifty ($50) dollars per occurrence, as indicated above, will apply.
