EasyCare is easy. I had some issues with my truck. First, I saw oil along the side of the truck. There was visible damage. I think at that point, I took it in to the Ford dealership. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a call to let me know the problem was. EasyCare was informed and it got repaired.
This is the first time I've needed to use my service contract. It worked out fine for me. I think that uh... my contract is up. If they had offered me an extension I would have taken them up on it.
